100 Friends Who Care Campaign

100 Friends Who Care

Hello Manitoba Baseball Family and Friends,

The Manitoba Baseball Hall of Fame is celebrating 30 years of history in 2027. This is an opportunity to reflect on the outstanding people, friendships, memories and accomplishments that have shaped our province’s proud baseball tradition

Our Hall of Fame, located in Morden, MB, is one of only three baseball hall of fame museums in Canada. Today it proudly honours more than 300 individuals and 90 teams who have made a lasting impact on baseball in our province.

Founded in 1997 through the vision of Gladwyn Scott and twelve founding members, the Hall of Fame and Museum has evolved into something truly special.

There is a real need to generate funds to maintain and preserve our heritage. Our board is developing a plan for long term financial stability.

We are kickstarting our fundraising with a “100 Friends Who Care” Initiative to support the Manitoba Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

Our goal is to secure 100 Friends or more who would be willing to each contribute $100 with a goal being $10,000. Each person that contributes will receive a tax receipt in the amount that they donate. The campaign will run from Nov.10 to Dec.10, 2026.

We believe it is important to “honour our past and ensure our future”. We hope that you will consider supporting our “100 Friends Who Care” initiative.
